Jehovah was not in the wind. And after the wind, an earthquake: Jehovah was not in the earthquake.
And after the earthquake, a fire: Jehovah was not in the fire. And after the fire, a soft gentle voice. (1Kings 19:11-12)

    1. It was a modest list of thanks. It was all I could think of for those few minutes of writing on 'Thank you'. They are two small words but with such grand meaning behind them. My thoughts fumbled when I sat down and all I could do was to go ahead and say 'thank you'. Thank you for coming by. I am glad you did!

  2. Rebekah, because I saw your comment on my blog, I skipped on over to your blog and was intrigued by your 5 Minute Friday so I went hopping around on your blog, discovering its beauty, its pain-shouting-joy, and it's amazement. There is so much more to read and discover, but I want to thank you for being a true testament to bearing an affliction and using it for God's glory. A writer and journal-writing myself, I love your 31 days posts. I am bookmarking your blog and looking forward to coming back for more! I so need to be reminded of His "soft and gentle voice." Thank you!! ~Lisa
